Walcot Street Trust

Walcot Street Trust was formed in 2004 and is a registered charity (no. 1108228) and a company limited by guarantee (no. 5192521). It was formed to preserve the historical and architectural heritage in and around Walcot Street for the benefit of the people of Bath and the wider community, and also to promote education by providing facilities for arts and crafts activities. It is governed by a board of trustees who are also directors of the company.

Partners
Robert Taylor MSc RIBA (Project Manager), an architect whose previous projects include the conversion of a former market hall into the Radstock Museum. The Corn Market is the subject of his MSc thesis.
Alan Brook FRICS, a chartered surveyor since 1979 and founder of Brooks Chartered Surveyors.
